I just went and picked up copy of Battlefield: Bad Company. There is a bad storm coming through so I only got to play a bit of the single player. It seemed pretty good, although I am really wanting to go head on into the multiplayer aspect of it.

Battlefield: Bad Company - This Needs to be FixedPosted by: Spencer in Games, Uncategorized, Xbox 360Originally uploaded by Island Dog As you see in the photo, someone playing the beta of Battlefield: Bad Company racked up over 1000 negative points solely by team repeated team killing. There is no option to kick players in the beta, and as I wrote before, this kind of behavior is becoming rampant in the game. We can only hope there will be things in place in the final game to prevent this. Update: I read this on the BF:BC page this morning.
Great, but lets hope it’s better than Battlefield: Modern Combat where we had to vote kick to get problems resolved. I have been playing the multiplayer beta of the upcoming Battlefield: Bad Company on the Xbox 360 for a few weeks, and I wanted to give my initial impressions. Likes:

Yes, I know this is still a beta, but I hope the dev team takes things like this into suggestion. I really like the beta so far, and will definitely purchase, but these few annoyances will likely turn people off eventually. If you are a fan of FPS’s on the Xbox 360, then you are probably already aware of the upcoming Battlefield: Bad Company. Fileplanet is taking registrations for the Xbox 360 beta which will feature two maps, and will begin on March 25th. Details and signup info at the link below. Link: BF beta signup I haven’t picked up Rock Band for the Xbox 360 yet, but I have played it at my in-law’s house, and it is fun. We took a trip to GameStop this weekend and I spotted this, so I might just have to pickup Rock Band soon. |
